Choose your prefered product from our categories on the left column. Some categories are containing more then one productgroup like multipacks, specials or more specific attributes! Each site contains 12 articles as maximum. Please use the next buttons on top and bottom to change to the other sites from a productgroup. If you click on a product you will be see a more specific description for this product! On this site a click on the image of the product will give you a larger image of the product. If you want buy this product just click the 'IN CART' Button and the article is in your shopping cart. At this point you can choose the quantity you want. Pressing the update button will recalculate the quantity and prices! Now choose to continue or check out!
- How to choose my language?
Just click on the prefered flag on the top of the left column! We offer english, german and espanol sites!
- Changing the currency?
On the right column below the - Shopping Cart Info - you can choose between Euro and US Dollar as your prefered currency! Be aware that Euro is the standard currency. All orders with US Dollars are calculated and invoiced with the daily exchange rate of your creditcard company!
- The Shopping Cart Box!
This box on the top of the left column works for you and gives you a quick overview about your shopping cart. It contains the products, the quantity and the total amount of your order (without shipping fees). Press the arrow on the top of this box and you will be lead to your shopping cart in detail! Here you can change the quantity or remove products. The checkout button will start the checkout process!
- Do you deliver in neutral packages?
Yes of course! Due the kind of our products we deliver in discret white envelopes without any text, logos etc. Only a red plastic bag is placed on this white envelope. It contains your invoive.
- What's your time of delivery?
This depends from where you live. In general delivery within the European Union takes 10 Business Days. Delivery in the United States or Canada takes 15 Business day. The rest of the world should be delivered within 20 Business Days!
- Which services do you use for delivery?
We are using the official austrian post service to send your order. If you want use FedEX for quicker delivery please note it during the checkout process. It will cost you an extra fee of 45 Euro to do so!
- Tell me more about your shipping costs?
We do charge the lowest possiple fee for shipping. As we use some kind of a 'flat rate' it will be cheaper ffor you if you order more products then just one or two. Because the shipping fee would not depend on weight you will safe money with larger orders.
European Union: 8 EUR
U.S.A./Canada: 10 EUR (12.50 USD)
Rest of the World: 15 EUR
FOR Cash on Delivery (COD) orders we need to charge an EXTRA FEE of 7 EUR because of the special procedure and costs of the postal services! This amount will NOT be shown on your invoice! - Why do I need an account?
Register for an own account provides you with a lot of advantages like watching your order process, Order History, receiving information. Anyway your datas are secured with an high protected RC4 128 bit SSL Connection!
- Do you sell my datas to third parties?
NO - We will never use or sell your datas for third parties! The only way we use this datas is to process and desptach your order asap! Of course we also send time by time newsletters to our customers. But you can disable this feature in your account - so you will never get a newsletter from us until you decide you want have this again!
- How do i recognize the secured connection to your server?

- Which payment options do you offer?
We accept this CREDITCARDS: MASTERCARD, VISA and DINNERS
You'll receive an email confirmation with the status of the payment. In your personal "order history" you can double check to see when the package went out. Your creditcard statement shows: P4Y-NET
